This policy explains how cancellations, changes and refunds work for tours, guides, transfers and attraction tickets booked with Ramal Tours.

Booking requests

Sending a booking request through our website does not create a confirmed reservation, and no payment is collected at that stage. Our team checks availability and confirms the final price, currency (USD, AED or EUR), inclusions and payment arrangements with you before anything is charged. You can withdraw a booking request at any time before payment at no cost.

Cancellation terms

  • Tours, guides and transfers: free cancellation up to 48 hours before the service date, with a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before may incur charges or may not be refunded.
  • Attraction and event tickets: many tickets are issued by third-party operators and are non-refundable once issued. Any exceptions follow the operator’s own rules.
  • Packages and combos: each component follows its own terms. Components already used or issued are not refundable.

Any terms specific to your booking are stated in your booking confirmation before you pay.

Changes to your booking

Requests to change the date, time, pickup location or number of guests are handled subject to availability. Price differences may apply. Please contact us as early as possible, ideally at least 48 hours before your service.

No-shows and late arrivals

If you are not at the agreed pickup or meeting point at the confirmed time, the service may proceed without you and the booking may be treated as used, with no refund.

Cancellations by Ramal Tours

If we or an operator must cancel a service because of weather, safety, closures or other circumstances beyond our control, we will offer you an alternative date or service, or a full refund for the affected service.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider.
