Questions
Can I add a photographer to a tour I booked with you?
Yes. Add the photography session to My Trip with the same date, and mention which tour it’s for in the notes. We’ll plan it around your tour schedule.
Can I book a photographer without a tour?
Of course. Every session can be booked on its own. Tell us your hotel and preferred location, and you can add a private car and driver if you need one.
When will I get my photos?
Edited photos usually arrive within a few days by online link. Videos and reels take about a week.
Is the price per person?
No — photography is priced per session, not per person, so the whole family or group is covered by one price. The final price depends on the session length and location, and we always confirm it before you pay.
What if the weather is bad?
If wind, rain or a sandstorm makes the shoot unsafe or unsuitable, we’ll offer a new date or a full refund.
