Start with your destination and travel dates, then decide how much of your trip you want planned. A day tour covers a specific route; a multi-day package combines the experiences in its itinerary. Private guides, transfers and attraction tickets can also be requested separately.

Keep the important details together
Add experiences to My Trip and include your preferred dates, guest numbers and pickup needs. For a journey across countries, allow for border crossings and travel between destinations; these are included only when stated.
Check before confirming
Your request is reviewed for availability. Check the final itinerary, included services and cancellation terms in your confirmation. A request or an online payment is not a confirmed reservation until we confirm it.

Which countries do you cover?
United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Jordan, Turkey, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Palestine, Tunisia, Tanzania & Zanzibar, and Russia.
Can I combine tours in different countries?
Yes. Add experiences to My Trip, enter your details once and send one request — we coordinate the whole itinerary.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation conditions depend on the experience and ticket type. Check the cancellation section on your chosen product and your confirmation before booking. The 48-hour policy applies only where stated.
Do I have to pay now?
For tours you can reserve now and pay later, or pay now. Attraction tickets are paid in advance; if we cannot confirm them, you get a full refund.
Are your guides licensed?
Yes. All our tour guides are licensed. Tell us your preferred language when you book and we match the right guide.
