• Prices are for 1–5 guests. For 6–9 guests add $20 per transfer. Maximum 9 guests per booking.

• Extra waiting time: $15 per hour.

• Your flight number is optional. Adding it helps the driver identify your flight; also provide the airport, terminal if known, hotel and preferred pickup time.
• Children and infants count as guests (each needs a seat).

Check the airport code as well as the hotel city. AUH to an Abu Dhabi hotel and AUH to a Dubai hotel are different routes with different prices. Select arrival, departure or both, and provide a separate date, time and pickup or drop-off point for each journey.

Is the price per passenger?
No. The listed price is per car for 1–5 guests. Children and infants count towards the guest total. The 6–9 guest supplement is $20 for each transfer, so two journeys have two supplements.

Does a return booking include both directions?
Yes. It covers the airport-to-hotel and hotel-to-airport journeys on the dates you confirm. It is not a vehicle waiting with you throughout your stay.

Can I request a child seat or extra luggage space?
Tell us the child ages, number of seats needed and luggage quantity before confirmation. Child seats cost $10 each. The advertised vehicle range does not guarantee every vehicle can carry your particular group and luggage; vehicle suitability needs confirmation.

Where will I meet the driver, and how much waiting is included?
The meeting point and included waiting arrangements are confirmed for your journey. Named meet-and-greet is a $10 extra, and extra waiting is $15 per hour. Do not assume unlimited waiting or a name-board service is included.
